Unable to place my order

When i try to place my order with my vanilla gift visa card, i get a pop up saying,

“Error 

Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.
If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account.”

I looked over everything multiple times and it’s all right, the card has enough money on it but i still can’t make the purchase. I’ve bought something with the he card before too so I know it works.

I am having the same issue as the others. I've tried on two different accounts, 3 different devices and two cards. Absurd! And by the time someone reaches out to me is when the deal is already gone.

Hi! I have the same problem. I called Vanilla, and they said they no longer allow customers to register an address/zip code to each card and I should just use my personal address as the Billing Address, but I am unable to place my order and get the error code as above. Can you please assist?
