Tried uploading a pic for a review on mobile, but it won't let me upload...

Like the title mentioned, I tried to upload a picture on my mobile for a Benefit mascara review, but when I click on the "+" sign, nothing comes up. No screen prompt, no photo library, not even the option to take a picture. I tried to edit it on my desktop, but there's no desktop editing option for reviews. I emailed customer service about it, and they said they'd delete the review to allow me to try again. But, the same problem happened. It still won't let me upload a picture. Anyone else have this problem, and what was the solution? I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!!
