Unable to upload photos

I am unable to upload photos for review. I have tried reinstalling the app but that did not work. It says it needs access to my data storage. I have gone to the app and made sure all permissions are enabled.

I checked on computer and I am able to upload so its an issue with app. Also in the app I can see your message but i am not able to reply. It shows as grey screen. Right now i am unable to load the page for messages on computer as well.
