Terms of Service Issue

Trying to submit another customer service ticket for the same issue- hopefully this one works!

 

Hello, I am reaching out because I am unable to leave a review.

 

When I log in, there is a pop-up titled, โ€œUpdated Sephora Terms of Useโ€. Upon clicking โ€œContinueโ€, I am stuck in this never ending loading sign loop that effectively makes the website frozen and inaccessible. I have even clicked the โ€œTerms of Useโ€ and read the entire thing before clicking โ€œContinueโ€ in hopes that it would help get me past this loading loop, to no avail.

 

I have tried every day for the past few weeks in hopes that today would be the day I would be able to get past that loading loop, but nothing has changed and I am still stuck. I have tried it on my computer browser, different phonesโ€™ browsers, Sephora app, etc. and they are all stuck on the same issue.

 

Please advise, thank you.

I am having the same issue.. desperately trying to leave a review for a product I was sent. Need to get this review up asapโ€ฆ Exact same problem, tried everything possible.

I too am having the same issue on my computer.  I have tried different search engines, incognito, deleting browser history etc. and the same issue continues.

I'm having the same problem on the Sephora app, the Sephora website on mobile, and the Sephora website on my computer. I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and Duck Duck Go. The inability to accept the terms of use is keeping me from fulfilling Influenster tasks.

Same, I've tried different browsers, private and incognito browsing, and mobile app (app allows me to press continue but gives me continuous loop and brings back the same popup). Super frustrating.

@mrsbarron13 Are you experiencing this on our mobile site or app? Can you confirm the make and model of your device and provide a screenshot?

Same issue on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. I have un-installed and reinstalled app with no luck. In the browser I have same issue as the others mentioned above. In app I get this error message.

I have this issue as well and received no support from their support line. They referred me here and Iโ€™m getting no help here either. Iโ€™m frustrated.
