Sephora Credit Card STILL not working

I’ve had my Sephora credit card since April of 2020 and I’ve yet to use it. Every time I enter in the card number, the security code, and everything like that, it isn’t recognized. I’m entering everything correctly, so I don’t know why it’s not working. I’ve tried to talk to the issuing bank, and it’s all been in vain. The call drops before I get to speak to a representative. Their responses to my emails/messages are automated and lack specificity. They’re not helpful at alllll. Having this card has been useless; it’s just taking up space in my wallet. I’ve continued to purchase from Sephora and I’ve missed every opportunity to earn cash back + rewards. I’m just really disappointed.

Somehow I was able to solve the problem. The major component of the problem was the Sephora App which wasn’t working properly. However I did several things so it could have been one or all that worked: 1) Deleted the app 2) went on the Sephora site through my browser 3) deleted my Sephora Visa from the payment options 4) re-entered my Sephora Visa card info to payment options
Then I continued to checkout like usual and it finally worked.
