Samples

This is the third order that I haven't received the samples that I picked. It's very disappointing as this is a reason why I buy online than in store and not at other beauty stores such as ulta. Why give the option if you never put the samples in the package or even the correct samples you choose.

The same thing has been happening to me. The order I received yesterday had the samples listed on the packing slip, but none were there. The order prior to that, I got 3 samples of the same thing - foundation that doesn't even match my skin tone. I NEVER select foundation samples because I am just too pale. But it seems that they're subbed to me almost every order. It really is unfortunate. I've never been to Ulta, but lately people have really been talking it up. We'll see...

They are getting Nars, MAC, and a whole lot of other great lines...  There are a lot of other great vendors out there and if I can't at least get my samples, I am going to go buy somewhere that will give me money off future purchases (like Ulta and other online vendors).
