Returning without Original Card

My family member who was visiting and lives in a different country bought me a cologne in store using their credit card. The cologne has all of its original packaging, has only been sprayed three times, and I still have the receipt. But, because my family member has gone back home, I no longer have access to the original credit card. Is it still possible to return the item in store and have the money returned to the original credit card used without the card being in hand or possibly to a new card altogether? I would like to avoid returning it for store credit. Thank you and any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi @tillermook, thank you for reaching out! I don't believe the card will need to be present. However, I recommend inquiring with the store directly to confirm.

@tillermook, of course! The store team should be able to answer your question by phone. I'd recommend giving them a call prior to your visit.
