Return Without Original Packaging

I purchased the SHARK FlexStyle during the VIB sale. I was so confident that I was going to like it, but I can't get the curling function to work (curls will not stay, I've watched every tutorial...) and I actually think the blow dryer attachment is damaging my hair. I stupidly threw out the box when I got it. Can I still return this item?

hello what if i’m returning it to the store? do i need the packaging? i bought a concealer but i do not have the packaging nor the receipt but i had used my email when i bought it.

@anajsjsjsj There shouldn't be an issue as long as the store is able to find the purchase using your email or phone number.
