Receiving wrong package

Yesterday I had received one of my Sephora packages. I opened my package with the correct shipping label. Inside not only was the wrong invoice slip but also the wrong merchandise! So I donโ€™t panic I just call customer support. Not only do I have to go out of my way to ship back the wrong order. I am not receiving what I had originally ordered because they donโ€™t know where it went! And itโ€™s not in stock anymore. But they offer me a full refund!!!! Customer service need to up there game they offered no alternative solutions. I was forced to take a full refund. Iโ€™m very much annoyed. And donโ€™t get me wrong I love Sephora but why do I have to be the one to pay for their mistakes. Iโ€™m not a happy customer nor do I feel like a valued rouge client.

I am truly sorry you received the incorrect order and for this experience! It looks like a refund was offered as the item you originally purchased is now out of stock. I understand this may be disappointing and once again, I apologize for your order experience and any inconvenience this may have caused you.
