Problems with website and app

For days I have been trying to purchase items through your site and my app but every time I click on an item or try to add anything to my basket it gives me an error message saying to check my internet connection. Please help as i am trying to purchase some items before the sale ends. Thank you.

I’m experiencing a similar issue. When I try to add an item I just get a loading sign. I’ve tried removing app and reinstalling nothing helps
