App and website not working

Hello! I cannot sign into the Sephora website, each time I log in with the correct email and password it takes be back to the sign in option. As for the mobile app while I am signed in on that I cannot search for any items it just says "We did not find any products that match your search" or if I try to click on a brand from the Just Dropped section it says "Sorry, there are no products that match your filter choice". Please let me know what the issue is thanks!
