Please stop using Fleetoptics!

I know I'm not alone in feeling this, but I absolutely loathe fleetoptics. There are so many other posts about this online! Just read fleetoptics google reivews.... 1.5 stars with over 110+ reviews..

 

As a long time Sephora customer, it's very disappointing to feel ignored. With soo many customers complaining of the same thing, WHY does Sephora choose to continue using them as a delivery company? 

 

I never had issues when they shipped with Canada post. I've had an issue nearly every time with online orders shipped with fleetoptics. To the point where I stopped ordering online, just to avoid having to deal with them. 

 

Why is our feedback being ignored?

This is the same generic answer that we've all been given over and over. There are dozens and dozens of the same complaints yet nothing has changed and there are no real answers.

 

Why does Sephora continue to use Fleetoptics, when dozens of their customers have expressed their frustrations and dissatisfaction with this company?
