Please stop using Fleet Optics

I’ve NEVER had issues with delivery until the last two Sephora orders. Both times fleet says they call but don’t, or they buzz my code and I let them in and they walk away saying there was no answer instead of opening the door that makes an audible noise when opened. 

this is so frustrating, I need to be able to depend on delivery for when I’m not working from home and twice now they say they call, there’s literally no calls on my recent and they then send back my order. 

please please use literally any other service.
