Perfume Sampler with Missing Scent Certificate

Hi,

I purchased the Deluxe Perfume Sampler back in April but didn't get to opening the package until recently, and I noticed the scent certificate was missing a few days after trying one of the scents. Is there any way that I can replace the sampler (I've only used one scent, but I believe the sampler I purchased is now out of stock) or obtain a scent certificate for one of the full-size bottles?
