Package Missing

I checked my order status yesterday, 1/5/17, and it says my package was delievered at my front porch but I never received anything. I checked again this morning but still nothing. I donโ€™t know what to do! This is not the first time Iโ€™ve encountered a problem with Lasership and itโ€™s sad to see that Sephora is starting to use them!

I have also had this issue! They shipped my birthday gift and my order separately and when the actual order didnโ€™t arrive I assumed it would be with the free sample that shipped a few days later. When I opened the at package my actual order wasnโ€™t there and it was just completely missing even though it got marked delivered.

Hey, my package said delivered I have checked my front porch, the mailbox, and even asked the neighbors if theyโ€™ve seen my package but itโ€™s nowhere to be found. I have checked multiple times. Please let me know what I can do to have this problem fixed.

My package is also missing. I got a message saying it was delivered yesterday at 6 pm, I was home, didn't hear a knock or anything. I checked immediately after I got the message (from the app) which was delayed about 30 min and didn't find anything. I checked everywhere around my apartment complex and didn't find it anywhere. I pressed track package on the email I got saying it was delivered and tried pressing the contact us link but it didn't work and it also said to wait 3 days. I checked again today and didn't find it, so I don't want to wait until tomorrow to contact sephora when it should have been here yesterday.

I have processed the refund and you will receive $4.98 back in online store credit. This will automatically apply to your next online order. You will also receive $0.48 back to your credit card. I also have to refund you the points used in this order as the reward you redeemed was also out of stock. 250 points were added back to your Beauty Bank.

Same exact thing with my package! It was supposedly just left outside Friday the 29th, but I was home all day and nobody knocked .  In December I made an order  that was about the same amount in price as this one(over100$) as well , without any problems & the UPS man personally handed it to me himself,  so this is extremely disappointing.  I checked with all my neighbors and the office management at my Apartment complex because the delivery service usually drop off valuable packages there if the customer isn't home, but no luck ! I'm waiting to hear something back from customer service, but PLEASE if you can help tell me what to do in order to straighten this out, I'd be so grateful! Just want the items I ordered ๐Ÿ˜ž

Same with me.

I have also not received my package

It said it was delivered (on Thursday) but there was nothing.

I am very worried because in 1 week I will go on a trip, so what will happen?

I don't want to lose $ 60.

My order says it was delivered two days ago on my back door and I've been looking around and asking my neighbors and nothing yet! very disappointing!!!

I also have not received my order. Placed on 9/19 and said to have delivered on 9/24. I have never had this problem and looked into Lasership to find that they have awful reviews and that this apparently happens a lot with them. Not sure why Sephora is using this shipping but itโ€™s frustrating.

Package is missing

The tracking on my last order says it was delivered on Aug 21 but I do not have it. The order was split in 2, I received the second one on Aug 25, but not the first one. I don't know what to do. It has been well over a week and still no package.
