Package Missing

I checked my order status yesterday, 1/5/17, and it says my package was delievered at my front porch but I never received anything. I checked again this morning but still nothing. I don’t know what to do! This is not the first time I’ve encountered a problem with Lasership and it’s sad to see that Sephora is starting to use them!

I called Lasership, who stated they opened an investigation, because I actually have 2 packages missing, Sephora and Zara. Sephora offered me a refund or replacement but encouraged that I’d wait out the next 2 days to see if anything shows up. Hopefully they’ll keep their promise and reimburse me one way or another if nothing shows up 😭🤞🏼

Hello, I ordered a package about a week and a half ago , and the first time it said it got delivered, but when I got home there was nothing there. I talked to a representative and I was happy becuase she offered to re shipped the order at no cost. It was supposed to be delivered today, but again there’s nothing at my door? I check my delivery address to make sure it was correct, and it was. What should I do =(?

Hello guys,

 

I have similar problem. I am home today, but it says the package is delivered at 7:26pm. I checked with me neighbor if his family may have got the package (my landlord), but they verified no.

 

I have an interview on Monday and is expecting to get a foundation for it (online exclusive). Is there a way Sephora can send an express package to me as I need to get this by Sunday.

Does this happen often? I always get my package delivered to my workplace and when I checked to see if it would be arriving on Monday (I ordered Thursday morning) it said it had been delivered yesterday (Friday March 22)at 9:32AM via Canada Post? We open at 9AM and the mail didn't come until about 1030AM, our mail lady is really good as well. Could this have been done in error?

Sometimes, tracking information can be updated prematurely, so we recommend waiting 24 hours to see if your package turns up. As it has already been 24 hours, I'll send you a PM to assist you further.
