Order came without samples

Hi, I just received an online order that was supposed to have 5 samples and none came in the box :(. I spent a lot of money and was really looking forward to getting to try a variety of perfume samples and skincare products and I'm pretty bummed none of them showed up, even though they list as "shipped" under the order details (I even have the option to purchase the full size!). I'd appreciate some help figuring out what went wrong or why I wasn't notified that the samples were OoS (if that's the case) and why they wouldn't have been replaced with other available ones.
