My review hasnโ€™t been published after 72 hours

Hi. I have tried three time to publish a review but it hasnโ€™t been posted yet even after the 72 hours indicated

 

the review is for the product Clarins - double serum anti aging to firm, boost radiance and refine pores.

Hi. Me again with the same issue. 
I submitted on Friday two reviews for the products Clarins Extra Firming day / night. But they havenโ€™t been posted yet. Is there a problem with them that I can fix?

Hi. I can see now one of the reviews. However there is still one that doesnโ€™t show. It is the review for the product: Clarins Extra-Firming Day - all skin types. I submitted the review last Friday Feb. 14. And it is in French

@lcpv84, my apologies! This has been corrected, and you should be able to see the review on the site within 48 hours. In the future we recommend leaving your review from the https://www.sephora.com/ca/fr/ website.
