Reviews not posted after 72 hours

Dear Sephora team, I've written three reviews in French for the following three products but they were never posted.

 

- Clarins Double Serum (submitted on 4 Feb)

- Clarins Extra-firming Day Cream (submitted on 14 Feb)

- Clarins Extra-firming Night Cream (submitted on 14 Feb)

 

Please help 😞

@Jen88reviews, my apologies, a technical error occurred and this has been corrected. You should see the reviews on the site within 48 hours. In the future, I recommend submitting reviews through the  https://www.sephora.com/ca/fr/ website. Thank you!

Thank you Laurie. I looked up the comment sections today but still can’t find my reviews. Wondering if you could kindly help follow up?

@Jen88reviews I see your reviews on the product page. You may have to scroll back a bit or use the filter to narrow it down.
