Missing double points

I placed an order for the Glamglow mask treatment set on the 19th and I thought it should qualify for the double points on beauty promo. However, it has already been 5 days and the points haven't shown up. Was there a mistake with it?

I also have not received my 2 times the points on a skin care purchase I made during the event on the 18 of January

In reviewing your account, I see that your Beauty Bank was credited the 2x bonus points for the skincare items you purchased on 1/18/17. Please note that the bonus points are credited separately from the base points 🙂

Where do I see the extra points added? I still only see 27 added

@morgan9551, on 1/18, 27 points were credited to your Beauty Bank. Then, later that day, an additional 27 points were credited. To view your point history, you can log into your online account, then click on "My Points & Status" on the account page.

The same thing happen to me. I placed an order for the Murad moisturizer and haven't received my points??

Hi Kat8790, I see the extra points were added on 1/18. You should be able to see the update by going to your account and then clicking on My Points & Status.

Hmmm for some reason on the app it still shows the same amount of points prior to my purchase.

 @NikkoBT I experienced the same thing. I placed an order for the Drunk Elephant B-Hydra on January 19, and it shipped out on January 20th, however I did not received double the points on this item.
