Major website issues

What is wrong with your website?? I can search for a product, select it, then nothing happens. I can't add it to my basket, read additional details...absolutely frustrating. Clearing cache/cookies does nothing; still the same problems. Noticed this about three weeks ago, gave you all the benefit of the doubt to fix, and nothing has been corrected. I will stop shopping Sephora online if this is not fixed soon. I saw previous posts complaining about the same thing but haven't seen any corrective action. Thank you. PS: I'm not interested in downloading the app.
