Major Login Issues

So for months and months I am unable to buy anything through the mobile app, only desktop. Now I am trying to order last minute things for my wedding in a couple of weeks and I can't even login!!?! Getting a "token expired or random number not match" coming up every single time. 

 

Sephora, PLEASE HELP. It's absolutely wild that a company of this size can't figure this out, and I am not the only one having this experience. HIRE SOMEONE. You have infinite resources, y'all are so lucky Ulta isn't in Canada yet.

I am having all these issues too…..although I see yours were last year….mine is now. Cannot get into account, I phoned customer service, they were unable to change password or help on their end either. SAID escalating to IT????? I have atempted resetting multiple times. This is certainly a Sephora issue……can you assist?

Thank you for the password reset link.

 

For anyone curious, it still doesn't work and there are still token errors/the password reset doesn't work. It's a never ending feedback loop as of right now.

And before anyone tells me to reset my password, I've sent in multiple requests to reset and have gotten absolutely no emails so, it's 100% a Sephora problem
