Hello!

I was trying to login to the Sephora career website because I want to apply to a job. I already have an account with Sephora career, but when I tried to login with my email and password, it said my email or password was invalid. So I clicked on forgot password to reset my email, and it said I would get an email to reset my password, but I never got an email and I tried several times. So I tried making a 'new account' using the same email since I thought maybe I didn't use the email I had been trying. But no, Sephora says there is indeed an account already existing with that email. I tried to make another account with a completely different email, but since my phone number is tied to the account, I wasn't able to make a new one since Sephora said there is already an existing account with that phone number. Any help or advice to get my sephora career account to work would be greatly appreciated! Maybe I just need to wait longer for the reset emails?
