Lost package

I placed 2 orders on Apr4,2020.

I received the 2nd order on Apr9 , the 1st one still missing.

I checked the delivery status, it said it has been delivered on Apr8.

So I am sure you shipped to a wrong address or package got stolen.

I am very upset right now. It's $300 goods inside that package.

 

I can't sleep.....

they did the same to me and refused to help me with this. They sent me an email, said that they do not have any responsibility with this because it's uncommon 😞

Same thing happened to me. In my case, it was easy to prove I didnt receive it since there was only 1 minute between out for delivery and delivered scans. This happened after the package was stuck at the Lasership facility for 3 days, which is not normal. Sephora initially refused to refund or replace but eventually agreed to refund. Obviously this is not uncommon.

please how did you eventually handle it/ I am in the same condition right now. order of over $1000 dropped outside God knows where by laser ship and I was just told that I can't be helped.

I did already and was told that the order cannot be reshipped. I had to save up since last year to be able to place this order. I am livid right now

My package got lost now and Sephora refuses to refund me. I am extremely disappointed with this company :(.

They did the same thing to me. Stupid fleet optix are bloody idiots and don't hand the package to you. Sephora has horrible customer service.

you can go to the bank and tell them to cancel that order that package never arrived

The same thing happened to me, I contacted costumer service and got a refund

I have been calling and calling Sephora for a refund on $700 worth of merchandise and no one gives a reply as to what happened to my package and they dont want to reship the items. Has anyone had this problem that could help me?

Contact customer service. They will send you new shipment if all the items are still available or they can refund you.

do you know the email to which you have to contact them my package as it was left in front of my door yesterday and already look and there is nothing outside I think someone could take it
