Lost Package

My package was supposed to deliver on Sept 6th, but I still haven't received it. Today's customer service time has already passed but I am really worried about my package, can I get some help tonight?? I just want my products T T

I messaged back and talked about my situation this morning, but I still haven't received any replied till now ;( I just wanna get a reply about they have already received my msg and is working on it so I don't need to worry about my package all the time.

I really want to call customer service by myself but I am in class rn ;(

customer service PM me this morning and I am waiting for the reply rn ;(

I don't know what they are gonna do. My order is ~350 bucks with 15% off and there are two value kits which are out of stock rn. I just want my products ;(

Hope they can reorder it for me.
