Token expired or random number does not match

"Token expired or random number does not match" error, can't login to my Sephora account. I have reset my password but that did not help, still receiving this error message.

This is now happening to me as well.  Please fix the issue. My favourite way to shop the site and build my basket is by browsing on the laptop. Not apt to purchase if I am only able to log in on my phone…

@Maddylyke I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble! Have you tried clearing your cookies/cache or a different browser?

I'm sorry to hear this! If you're using the web browser on a laptop or desktop computer, please clear your cookies and cache then try signing in again. If you're using the mobile browser, you may need to look up how to clear the cookies and cache on your mobile device. If the issue persists after clearing your cookies and cache, please let us know.

Agitated that this is happening. I've having log-in issues for the past three hours.

None of the instructions listed above resolved the issue. I work in administration as well as IT, and the configurations are standard. What are the your alternatives to a better solution?

Hi there — I too am having this issue. I tried your suggestion and it still won’t work on any browser, do you have any other recommendations?

I have the same error and issue. I have been unable to login or do anything other than reset my password after trying hundreds of times for several days now. The one time I finally did get logged in was also a failure as I couldn't add anything to my cart. I work for a large corp in IT, have access to multiple devices and browsers, and know how to configure settings and this is totally unacceptable. The 2 times I called customer service they acted confused and clueless and told me to "reset my password" or use the app. You just lost a customer.

Hi- I cleared my cookies and I’m still getting the same error on both desktop and mobile…
