How do I file a complaint after in store experience reaching Rouge?

Yesterday when I was checking out, I was made aware that I was only $20 away from reaching rouge status already! This person, who I believe may have been the manager, became overly friendly, trying to get me to make the extra purchase, which I was happy to do and reach the status. Once I made the purchase and reached status, it was almost as if I was hogging the line and I needed to get out of her way. I asked if I could please have some samples after reaching the status and also spending a good amount of money yesterday, and she hands me one single women’s perfume Sample, when I said I don’t use this product. She said “well please just come back next time and we will help you out then, Can you please get out of line?”

 

I can provide many more details privately, but as I told the employees on my way out that I just reached status….They were much more happy for me and much more customer service friendly than the person who was checking me out, made the sale and then told me to get out of the way as if i didn’t matter. 

 

I highly doubt Sephora would be happy if they found out that a person who spends consistent money and supports their brand wasn’t given the opportunity to try other products that he potentially would spend money on in the future. any help in the direction I could send a formal complaint would be nice thank you.
