Filing a Complaint II

I am reaching out again to file a formal complaint regarding a store as my first service ticket was left unanswered by the moderator and a bug in your system prevents me from being able to respond to private messages on all my devices, even after I cleared cache and cookies.

 

The store I want to lodge a complaint against is the Sephora located at 112 W 34th St., New York, NY 10001.

 

I am absolutely disgusted by my entire visit from the lack of help the employees wanted to give to the hypocritical and dismissive behavior exhibited by the employee who did "help" me. Frankly speaking, given my physical appearance compared to the other customers who were being approached and assisted in a timely fashion, it is not an overstatement to say that racial profiling may have been involved. I cannot believe I have to put up with this by a company that touts itself on catering to diverse skin tones and promoting clean/sustainable beauty.
