Rouge, you get TWO exclusive weekends of savings: Fri 10/26 – Mon 10/29 and Fri 11/2 – Mon 11/5. This means you get 20% off on the hottest beauty products before anyone else.

VIB and Insider, you will each get four days to shop. VIB will get to save 20% off Fri 11/9 – Mon 11/12 and Insiders will save 15% off from Fri 11/16 – Mon 11/19. Can’t wait to see you all there!

We’re glad you asked. For one day only, 10/26, all Rouge clients get to bring a friend to shop with them in-store and share their 20% discount. Your friend has to be enrolled in the Beauty Insider program and you both must be in-store for your friend to receive 20% off. Not only will your friend get to experience Rouge early access with you but they will also receive the sample bag, while supplies last.

Can I redeem the offer more than once?

If you forget something the first time around, don’t even stress. The offer can be used as many times as you want. Just one catch: One sample set per Rouge client on 10/26 while supplies last, in-stores only.

Is this offer available in Canada?

Yes!

What about Sephora inside JCPenney?

The offer is valid in Sephora inside JCPenney stores however, the offer is not valid on jcp.com.

Are there any exclusions?

In one word, yes. In lots of words: The offer is not valid on Google products. Not valid on previous purchases, purchases of gift cards or eGift cards, FLASH, PLAY! by Sephora, gift wrap, taxes, or shipping & handling charges. Clients are limited to the purchase of one Dyson item, three Drunk Elephant items, and three Tatcha items per SKU per transaction. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes or Rouge Reward.

Someone replied to my question and said the site is based on Pacific Standard Time. It's already 12am where I am, so I'm guessing we're just gonna have to wait another 2 hours. Hope this helps!

Wait, so lemme be clear about this, I spend a stupid amount of money on make-up and I'm supposedly in the top tier "Rouge" rewards program and I can't even go shopping with my friends and get the same discount they do??? That kind of blows. It's nice that we got it in advance and everything, but I straight-up received a mailer telling me I got a discount this weekend too (probably because I went up to Rouge a few months ago...but the mailer wasn't clear about that, and also, this was months ago, it didn't just happen), and I didn't get a lot of things I was planning on buying and a lot of Christmas presents because I was planning on going to the store with a friend of mine who is VIB so we could have a good time and pick things out together this weekend, and now......I can't? And that's me being rewarded for spending that much money??? That just sucks. I have hundreds of bucks worth of stuff in my cart, all of which I will now be buying at Ulta, because at least when they send me coupons and tell me I get a discount, I actually get the discount. At least in the future have the courtesy to clearly inform people that they don't get the thing in advance.

So a little peeved cause as rouge we spend the most during the year at Sephora and a lot of the holiday sets (that I was interested in) weren’t even released. And now that we’re excluded, vib and beauty insiders get access to them on sale?! That seems pretty unfair to me Sorry rant over 😤

For the past two weeks one item I’ve wanted has been out of stock. Now that it’s finally in stock I won’t be able to use the 20% off this weekend because I’m Rouge?  This is nonsense. The wording made it sound like we Rouge members have 2 weekends before everyone else, not that we only had those 2 weeks and were excluded. Sephora didn’t even have a lot of the holiday items available yet. This is a HUGE disappointment and needs to be rectified.

Still hoping they will change their mind and allow Rouge to shop for VIB sale. It would be ridiculous if they're not, especially with all the stock problems Sephora has for past 2 weeks

Agreed! And the wording is misleading because it says Rouge get two exclusive weekends to shop but nowhere does it say Rouge are limited to those 2 weekends. I checked the email they sent me and it said nothing about being limited to those 2 weekends only. It says first access. 

Just like when items are back in stock. The email says because you’re Rouge you get first access but it doesn’t mean that o can’t purchase that product at a later time. I’m just hoping this is all a big misunderstanding

Agree. This is not really a "benefit" at all. Rouge should be able to shop ALL weekends or a higher discount. I called and had a live chat and they both confirmed Rouge CANNOT take advantage of the VIB sale. Ridiculous.

Are you going to be sending out emails soon for the sale? My sister has already gotten her coupon in the mail, but neither of us has received an email? (we both live in the same house as well) Why would they send her one but not me?

So since ROUGE members shopped the earlier two weekends, we miss out on a discount on the later-released holiday sets? This is just wrong. Why can't we participate in all the weekends? Stop ripping-off rouge members!
