Clear your cal, fill your basket, and get ready to shop because Holiday Bonus is right around the corner. Here’s a breakdown of the promo:
Rouge, you get TWO exclusive weekends of savings: Fri 10/26 – Mon 10/29 and Fri 11/2 – Mon 11/5. This means you get 20% off on the hottest beauty products before anyone else.
VIB and Insider, you will each get four days to shop. VIB will get to save 20% off Fri 11/9 – Mon 11/12 and Insiders will save 15% off from Fri 11/16 – Mon 11/19. Can’t wait to see you all there!

We’re glad you asked. For one day only, 10/26, all Rouge clients get to bring a friend to shop with them in-store and share their 20% discount. Your friend has to be enrolled in the Beauty Insider program and you both must be in-store for your friend to receive 20% off. Not only will your friend get to experience Rouge early access with you but they will also receive the sample bag, while supplies last.
Can I redeem the offer more than once?
If you forget something the first time around, don’t even stress. The offer can be used as many times as you want. Just one catch: One sample set per Rouge client on 10/26 while supplies last, in-stores only.

What about Sephora inside JCPenney?
The offer is valid in Sephora inside JCPenney stores however, the offer is not valid on jcp.com.
Are there any exclusions?
In one word, yes. In lots of words: The offer is not valid on Google products. Not valid on previous purchases, purchases of gift cards or eGift cards, FLASH, PLAY! by Sephora, gift wrap, taxes, or shipping & handling charges. Clients are limited to the purchase of one Dyson item, three Drunk Elephant items, and three Tatcha items per SKU per transaction. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes or Rouge Reward.

I also have a good experience today at the guildford location. Everyone was so nice and friendly greeting and asking if I needed help. I was there around 11:30-12pm, and the store was already quite busy. I had to ask for my sample bag tho, the cashier was very apologetic that she forgot. However, I asked after the transaction was done. They had to return and repurchase to scan in the sample bag. I just feel bad for holding up the line.
Glad to say I also had a good experience at my store. Extra staff, i got my sample bag (which I had completely forgotten about until she gave it to me), everyone had awesome halloween makeup and they were giving free mini makeovers (though I didn't participate) and I think facials as well (not sure if this was sephora or brand visit though).
My store had nothing left when I got there after work at 4:00 ☹️ Was beyond disappointed! And I wasn't offended anything to make up for it not even one sample. I left the store very unhappy. My store didn't have anything happening as well, you would never have know it was Rouge sale day. Don't like to be a negative person a all and try no to be but this was a big let down for me 😔

I'm sorry to hear your local Sephora store didn't have the sample bags available at the time of your visit!
Regretfully, the sample bags were available on a first come first serve basis. I understand this is extremely disappointing and I'll forward all of your feedback to the appropriate departments so they can take this into consideration for our future promotions.

Sigh. The Sephora I went to scanned the sample bag onto my receipt but didnt give it to me nor did I see any. I was distracted as I ran into someone I went to school with and didn't look into my bag until I got home. Now the store isnt picking up the phone. I dont *care* about the samples but I care that it was scanned and is on my receipt.
Our sample bag from Polaris was seven teeny tiny samples on cards. One NARS liquid lipstick was a single use weird little thing. And they were in a plain ziplock bag! The sample bag in the photo was much more like the old sample bags. Why is it so inconsistent?

IKR!!!
I only have a JC Sephora around me, but it's a good one! They were prepared for the sale, they had plenty of sample bags - and my bag was LOADED! Did they have everything on my list? No, because it's a JC Sephora - they don't carry Charlotte Tillbury for example - that stuff I'll have to order on line. Which, by the way, did you see that our on line samples are now reduced to TWO instead of the THREE that we used to get? I'm hoping that's only a temporary thing....
