Clear your cal, fill your basket, and get ready to shop because Holiday Bonus is right around the corner. Here’s a breakdown of the promo:

Rouge, you get TWO exclusive weekends of savings: Fri 10/26 – Mon 10/29 and Fri 11/2 – Mon 11/5. This means you get 20% off on the hottest beauty products before anyone else.

VIB and Insider, you will each get four days to shop. VIB will get to save 20% off Fri 11/9 – Mon 11/12 and Insiders will save 15% off from Fri 11/16 – Mon 11/19. Can’t wait to see you all there!

We’re glad you asked. For one day only, 10/26, all Rouge clients get to bring a friend to shop with them in-store and share their 20% discount. Your friend has to be enrolled in the Beauty Insider program and you both must be in-store for your friend to receive 20% off. Not only will your friend get to experience Rouge early access with you but they will also receive the sample bag, while supplies last.

Can I redeem the offer more than once?

If you forget something the first time around, don’t even stress. The offer can be used as many times as you want. Just one catch: One sample set per Rouge client on 10/26 while supplies last, in-stores only.

Is this offer available in Canada?

Yes!

What about Sephora inside JCPenney?

The offer is valid in Sephora inside JCPenney stores however, the offer is not valid on jcp.com.

Are there any exclusions?

In one word, yes. In lots of words: The offer is not valid on Google products. Not valid on previous purchases, purchases of gift cards or eGift cards, FLASH, PLAY! by Sephora, gift wrap, taxes, or shipping & handling charges. Clients are limited to the purchase of one Dyson item, three Drunk Elephant items, and three Tatcha items per SKU per transaction. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes or Rouge Reward.

Just drove an hour to the nearest Sephora, most of what I wanted was not available in store. On top of that the girl at the register was so rude that I nearly left all my stuff on her counter and left. There is really no reason I should be treated rudely while I spend nearly $300 because I wanted something ordered and shipped. My guest even commented on how surprised she was at how little customer service they gave to someone spending so much money in one transaction. I am very unhappy about my experience during this event.

I just made a special trip almost 45min away to a Sephora location that was the only one that had the item I wanted in stock. I'm Rouge and after my 20% Off, I spent $160. I also specifically got there at 10am when the store opened (on the first day of the event) so I could snag one of the free gift sample set packages. The cashier said they hadn't even gotten them in yet. Super annoyed about that! She said I could bring my receipt in later and see if they have gotten them in yet. TBH, that's ridiculous. If you advertise it, have it stocked when you advertise the start date. I'm not about to drive 45min away again on the small chance they'll have gotten them in AND the even smaller chance they'll have any left by that time. So I'm out 7 samples. 😕 Not sure I'll trouble myself to spend the $$$$$ it takes to become Rouge again b/c I always seem to get gyped out of my samples I've earned.

Is there a reason why you guys stop giving out 3 samples with purchase? Considering how much gets spent on one purchase it seems a bit cheap on Sephora's side.

Hi, I am VIB and 600 usd short to Rouge. Let's say I go to Sephora and buy product worth 600 USD, will I get the 20% rouge discount immediatly?? Thanx V.

The 20% Rouge discount would only apply once you are Rouge. So not on your qualifying purchase.

Cab rouge also shop when insiders and VIB are shopping? It seems really weird if we can’t - what if we want newly released things during those periods. Also since when is VIB the same discount as rouge?
