Help???

Im kind of confused to why the employee at Sephora asked for my ID when I gave her my receipts with the foundations that didn't match me. According to the return policy, I have 60 days to return with receipt for a full refund. I assumed she needed ID to verify my name on the receipt at the top where it says Client: and my name. When the transaction was done I realized that on the new receipt she handed me it states I returned without my receipt. How can I fix this issue? I'm worried this will some how result in me not being able to return in the future. Since I hear stories online about people having this problem when they only returned items once or twice without a receipt. In my photo you can see the new receipt she gave me at the top and the two original receipt folded at the items I originally purchased. Both items were not defective. They were used only two times. Practically brand new.

I'm sorry for any confusion! Since the receipt says "Returned Without Receipt" when you actually did return with a receipt, I recommend contacting the store directly so they can look into this and further assist. I hope this helps! 🙂
