Hi, @soskingirl !  You have a lot of products listed.  Some do the same thing as each other, so you don't necessarily need to use all each time.  Some only need to be used once a week or less.

- amika soulfood nourishing mask:  Use after shampooing in place of your regular conditioner once a week or every other week.

- THE COMEBACK KID INSTANT DAMAGE REPAIR TREATMENT: 

-- Option 1:  Use after shampooing in place of your regular conditioner once a week or every other week.  If you choose this option, rotate weeks with Amika Soul Food.

-- Option 2:  Use your regular conditioner and use this as a leave in conditioner.

- After you're out of the shower, use one of these*:

-- ouai anti frizz creme:  Heat protectant and anti-frizz.

or

-- amika the wizard detangling primer:  Heat protectant, anti-frizz, and detangler.

- Next, apply one of these*:

-- The Comeback Kid, Option 2.

or

-- Olaplex No. 5 Leave-In Conditioner

or

-- briogeo leave in conditioner spray

- Now you begin styling your hair beginning with:

-- THE HOMECURL CURL-DEFINING CREAM

then follow with:

-- ouai wave spray (focusing on your roots)

- After diffusing your curls, scrunch out the crunch using one of these oils*:

-- Kérastase Elixir Ultime Hydrating Hair Oil
