Having trouble logging in (but only from my computer :((((( )

Hi Sephora,

Something really weird has happened to my computer/Sephora log in, and I’ve been tearing my hair out, trying to figure out what happened and would really appreciate any help! :((

I’ve been a Rouge member for many years and a few weeks ago, I discovered that I can’t log into my Sephora account... but this happens only my computer. 😞 If I log in with another computer, it’s fine. I type in my email address and password and then click on the “Sign In” button, and then the Sephora “S” logo pops up as the site logs me in.

But if I use my brand-new computer...no matter what browser I use on this computer (I’ve tried Chrome, Firefox, and even Edge), the website will let me type in my email address and password, but when I click the “Sign In” button, nothing happens. It doesn’t process or load; it acts as if me clicking on the “Sign In” button did nothing at all. 

No pop-up blocker message comes up; no antivirus error message comes up; it simply just doesn’t do anything :(((

does anybody have any ideas on what I can do? :(((
