Is anyone having trouble logging in, or getting a submisson error when trying to submit a review?

I've tried to submit a review over the past few days, but every time I do, I get this error: "Submission Error: An error occurred during the submission process, please retry at a later time."

 

Is anyone having the same issue?

 

I've also had trouble logging into Sephora, and sometimes it would kick me out right after I log in, so it's just a repeated cycle of trying to login to my account, or leading me to an "Access Denied" page.
