HELP!!! Discount Code Savings NOT WORKING

I've called both customer support phone numbers and no one can tell me why my account won't apply the code.  I've tried logging out, and relogging on with different devices and internet platforms.  Message says "Must be logged into BI, VIB, Rouge Beauty Insider account to redeem this offer."  Both representatives have confirmed I am a Rogue Beauty Insider, and I should have access to the sale.  One even tried to give me a different discount code, but that wouldn't work either.  Greatly appreciate any assistance!
