DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING

The YAYSALE code for 20% off is not working. When i go to check out and input the code no discount appears. 

Any idea on how to fix this?

It should be working but it also doesn’t apply to certain products, like The Ordinary. If that’s not the case then I’d contact customer service directly or shop in store for an associate to apply the discount for you!
