Free samples never sent and removed from my receipt when using a promo code

Does any one else have this issue?  I never get my 3 free samples when I order online and use a featured promo code, even though I make sure I choose them and they are on my order, they are never included in my packages, and not on my receipt. I don't even get substitution samples. I purposely did not use a promo code one time and received the 3 free samples. Does Sephora not include the free samples when using a promo code for items when you spend a certain amount or buy certain products? I'm a VIB and order fairly frequently...I even paid for flash shipping for the year because of how often I shop online. This issue has happened in my last five or six orders when I use a code and I'm tired of it...

Your not alone it’s really starting to feel like a lottery and how fast you can check out now my basket is empty after I fill it come on 🙄

It’s a total joke on us the cancelled pending orders even on Sephora play box at times I’ve had it cancelled recharged cancelled as for purchases as I’m in basket it times out as I’m checking out and says to update basket item no longer in stock when it’s quite the opposite as shows clearly item in stock see photo after 10 days of waiting after flash ship purchase it didn’t auto renew I just received minus my samples which were all removed from receipt 🙄
