Order arrived late and severely damaged
My order arrived several days late and severely damaged (both the box
and the items) that had to be discarded. Customer service has been no
help and told me to wait, despite all the evidences already provided.
Really frustrating and unacceptable.

I went into the store that issued me the credit and I had my original
receipt. They didn’t know what to do and they asked if they could keep
my receipt and they would look into it and call me back. Can you please
tell me what they should do.
