Sephora Credit Card

I had a Sephora Credit Card and never used it.  It was closed due to inactivity.  I would like to have one now.  When I attempted to apply for one it states that I have a card but when I call the customer service line they tell me I don't.  Has anyone run into this before?

Hi I Have The Same Issue, Can You Help Me Please 🙏😭? I tried To use my credit card and it said account is close but when I re-apply it said I already have one and when I login it says that I do have a credit available, what can I do??
