Order not delivered

I have placed an order for the date of January 24. It was scheduled to be delivered on January 30. I yet to have my items delivered. All it says on my order is awaiting to carrier pickup from FedEX. I have not even gotten any updates on when the order is scheduled to be delivered or any type of notification delivery updates. This is very frustrating and unprofessional of Sephora customers.
