Beware of unfair return policy for online returns

Went into Sephora today to return an online purchase I made December 30th. I was told I couldn’t exchange my items since it’d been 30 days from day of purchase, even though I had several days left from the point of receiving my package. This is really poor customer care considering that online buyers don’t

even receive their items until days or even a week later. So customers don’t truly get  30 days to try their purchased product and return if they so choose. I’m incredibly bummed with the poor customer service, policy, and to be stuck with expensive product that I don’t like. Now I understand why so many have been shifting away from Sephora, unfortunately.

@dezb2317 I'm sorry for any confusion! Our return policy does state that items do need to be returned within 30 days of purchase. You can view our full policy here: www.sephora.com/beauty/returns-exchanges
