Flash Shipping Delays

I am a subscribed customer of FLASH 2-Day shipping and I am having issues with the shipping dates. 

I ordered multiple orders on November 14 and received confirmation for all of them shortly after. However, several orders are still pending and the others have just been shipped today (Nov. 16). The estimated date of arrival for the ones that have been shipped are also past the day of the promised FLASH 2-day shipping. 

I would appreciate it if someone could look into this discrepancy as I was expecting those orders to arrive by Friday (Nov. 17) at the latest.
