Shipping delay

I am reaching out regarding my order, which I placed on November 1st. According to the tracking information, the delivery company attempted delivery on November 4th, but the parcel was not left because my buzz number was missing. I have updated my address information in my account to include the buzz number. However, I am still awaiting an update on when my parcel will be delivered. Could anyone please provide me with an update on the status of my order and when I can expect to receive it?

I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
