FedEx return shipping label cannot track on website

I put my 3 returns in the envelope and print the label through Sephora email. It’s been 4 days and I still can’t track the tracking number. It says “No record of this tracking number can be found at this time, please check the number and try again later.” I talked to a customer service from Sephora, she said I need to contact fedex because it’s their problem. I contacted FedEx because it’s a prepaid label can’t be found, they told me to contact the third part (Sephora). At this point, where is my stuff????? What should I do?????
