Expired points with no warning

I find it wild that Sephora can email about sales and products, but it never once emailed me about over 1,000 points expiring. I had been saving those for years, and now theyโ€™re just gone? In fact, I tried redeeming some points last year for a reward item and it wouldnโ€™t even let me. I let it go and thought whatever Iโ€™ll just continue to saveโ€ฆ but nope. Apparently not. To not even receive an email about points possibly expiring if no action is taken is just ridiculous and unacceptable. Every other rewards program Iโ€™m apart of does that, why not Sephora?

@Chelsee813 I'm sorry to hear about your points and that you didn't receive the emails about your points expiring!  Points only expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active, you would need to make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within a year. I'll take a look then send you a PM.

@Kellyyvig We have a short timeframe in which we are able to  cancel orders. I will send you a PM to assist!
