Points expire

Does anyone know when our points expire lol, like i thought I saw something saying they expired in december

Hi @Addysaddy,

Points only expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. If the account is inactive for that period of time, the points will expire at the end of the calendar year. As long as you make a purchase, or redeem a reward, the birthday gift, or a gift card within a year, you can continue to accumulate your points and they won't expire. I hope this is helpful!

Is there a way to get ANY of them back? I usually make 1-2 purchases a year and didn’t do it the last year or so. When I went to buy something a week ago, I realized they expired. I had over 9,000. I went through my emails and couldn’t find any that said they were expiring
