points expired no warning

they took away over 2500 points from my account with no notice. this is such a scam and i’m buying directly from valentino now instead of this absolute scheming company

@rachelanne98  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. hello! i tried to place an order this year but it had issues with the postal code from my billing address, so i called to sort it out and the wait was too long. i had terrible customer service and figured i would wait until i had the time to wait on hold for an hour, and now i’ve lost thousands of points. to not have a warning that the points would expire seems so wildly predatory and unfair given the thousands we spend here.
