Do points expire?

I had approximately 830 points but now I don’t see them. Do points expire if I don’t use them over time?

Hi @TessCK Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year. I will look into this for you and send you a PM with more information.

@TessCK points expire if there's no activity on your account for 12 months (so no purchases, point redemption, picking up birthday gift, etc). As long as you do one of those things a year then you can continue to bank points.
