Discount Code not working

My sister sent me a friend rouge coupon and I’m getting a message that says “reached maximum redemption limit”. How do I access this code?

The link can only be clicked once. After that, the error message will appear. 

 

The first time you clicked the link and signed into your account, you should have received an email with the promo code, which will be valid from 11/1 - 11/4. Please check your email inbox. The subject line starts with: "You’re getting 20% off"

 

If you go back and click the link again, you will see the error message "Sorry, this link has reached its maximum redemption limit," but you should simply check your email inbox for the promo code. I hope this helps to clarify!

The exact same thing is happening to me. Actually, when my friend gave me her code I got all of the error messages. After trying for two hours it finally worked. Now I want to give my friend a code and it’s giving her all the error messages. And I have not shared it with anybody. Not one single other person. Can you please help me Is there just a coupon code that I can use instead of this link because this link is not working. I’ve had it not work with me and now it’s not working with my friend and obviously today would be the last day that she’d use it.

@TnickiD I see that she used the link successfully. Please ask her to try using the code BAF62K85C in the promo code box at checkout.
